We attach particular importance to protecting the personal data of its visitors.<\/p>\n<p>This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who can access it and what your rights are. It is drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (loi \u00ab Informatique et Libert\u00e9s \u00bb). Protection against automated submissions<\/h3>\n<p>The contact form is protected by a mechanism built into the Site, based on a field that is invisible to visitors. This mechanism collects no additional data, sets no cookies and uses no third-party service.<\/p>\n\n<h3>3.5. No profiling and no sensitive data<\/h3>\n<p>The Site does not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling. We do not collect any sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n<h2>4. Recipients and processors<\/h2>\n<p>Your data can only be accessed by authorised Dravion staff, within the limits of their duties. Transfers outside the European Union<\/h2>\n<p>Contact form data, visit statistics, the database and email are hosted in France.<\/p>\n<p>The Site's security service (Wordfence) may transfer IP addresses to the United States for threat detection purposes. This transfer is governed by the EU\u2013US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n<p>If you agree to display YouTube videos, Google, which operates YouTube, may receive browsing data and process it in the United States. Cookies<\/h2>\n<p>The Site's audience measurement works without cookies (see Article 3.3). The Site uses no advertising network and no social media buttons. Fonts are hosted on our own server, without calling any external service.<\/p>\n<p>Two types of cookies may be set:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A preference cookie<\/strong>, which remembers your cookie choice for 12 months. It is strictly necessary and does not require your consent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>YouTube cookies<\/strong>, set only if you agree to display the videos. Until you do, the videos are replaced by a preview and no data is sent to YouTube.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can change your choice at any time using the \"Cookies\" link at the bottom of each page. The detailed list of cookies is available in our <a href=\"\/en\/cookie-policy\/\">cookie policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2>7. Security<\/h2>\n<p>We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access: HTTPS encryption, administration access restricted to authorised persons, regular updates and backups.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a data breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform you as soon as possible and notify the CNIL (French data protection authority), in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n<h2>8. Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Right of access<\/strong>: to obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and to receive a copy of it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to rectification<\/strong>: to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to erasure<\/strong>: to request the deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to restriction<\/strong>: to request the temporary suspension of the processing of your data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to object<\/strong>: to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to data portability<\/strong>: to receive the data you have provided to us in a structured format, for processing based on a contract or on your consent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to withdraw your consent<\/strong> at any time, in particular for YouTube cookies, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to set guidelines<\/strong> for what happens to your data after your death.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As visit statistics are aggregated and cannot identify you, they cannot be the subject of a request for access, rectification or erasure.<\/p>\n\n<h3>8.1. Exercising your rights<\/h3>\n<p>Send your request to <strong>contact@dravion.fr<\/strong>, or by post to the registered office address given in Article 2.<\/p>\n<p>We will respond within one month of receiving your request. This period may be extended by two months if the request is complex; you will be informed if this is the case. No proof of identity will be requested unless there is reasonable doubt about your identity (Article 12(6) of the GDPR). Exercising these rights is free of charge.<\/p>\n\n<h3>8.2. Complaints<\/h3>\n<p>If, after contacting us, you believe that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority: CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnil.fr\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.cnil.fr<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2>9.
